Skills and experience I could bring to your organisation • Sales • Training/People Development/Tutoring/Advising • Problem Solving • Project Implementation and Management • Customer Services I have been in sales, training and customer services for most of my working life often combining these roles and have been fortunate to have had the chance to design and implement solutions for these areas with previous employers. I introduced quality circles problem solving groups into a large national organisation across the UK and through the success of this project became a a generalist trainer and then an area training manager. I also introduced NVQ training programmes into this organisation in the South East of England and enjoyed helping otherwise unqualified people gain a vocational qualification. At an international company* I was tasked with finding a provider for fire safety training and consultancy and to introduce this into our portfolio and this I did with great success. Working with two national companies* I consistently surpassed targets because of my knowledge of sales and training and my tenacious way of working with new clients to find the best solutions and outcomes for them. I implemented the set up of an employabilty Programme across Essex for a large UK training provider as a short term post and supplementary income to my own sole trader training business set up in 2005. I set up this business in a better financial climate and it was very successful for a few years. The role included advising, tutoring and Employer engagement and Job Centre Liaison. On many occasions I have worked with charities in order to set up fund raising and awareness campaigns. I am a tenacious and focused individual who loves a challenge and excels in problem solving, sourcing people and support to implement new projects and project management. I enjoy the buzz of sales and marketing and believe in customer service that makes sure we get it right first time every time.
